White Shores Construction

About

We are a Kent-based building and refurbishment company built on experience and care.

Our story

White Shores Construction was founded to do building work the way it should be done: collaborative, carefully managed, and genuinely good value.

The name is a nod to home. The white chalk cliffs along this stretch of the Kent coast are part of the landscape we live and work in.

We’re a young company with a long history behind it — and we’d love to put that experience to work on your project.

Experience

Behind White Shores is a career spent across just about every kind of construction there is.

Before founding the company, Ady worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager and Estimator, on projects ranging from social housing and large private developments to schools, universities, retail, leisure and commercial buildings.

That breadth means we understand a build from every angle: the design, the numbers, the programme, and the day-to-day reality of how to get a job done well.

It’s also why we can spot problems early, cost a job honestly, and keep everything moving — the things that make the difference between a stressful build and a smooth one.

How we work

The four values that we strive to work by

We work alongside architects, consultants and design teams, not around them.

The best results come from everyone pulling in the same direction.

.

We know the money being spent has been earned, saved, borrowed or inherited.

We look after it accordingly, and we’ll gladly go the extra mile so the finished result doesn’t just work, it pings.

Much of our work happens in occupied homes and buildings still in use.

We plan around your day, rather than expecting your day to plan around us.

Over many years we’ve built strong relationships with local trades, artisans and suppliers.

That network, and those standards, come as part of the deal.
