We work across homes, listed properties, commercial, educational and community buildings, bringing the same standard to a single room as we do to a whole property rebuild, and always with an eye for detail that makes the finished result something special.
2 · Project Management
A good build runs on good organisation, and that’s where a background in contracts management pays off. We manage the whole job for you: coordinating trades, suppliers, Building Control, architects and structural engineers, so you have one point of contact from start to finish.
We’re just as happy managing a project alongside your own chosen tradespeople as running the whole thing ourselves, keeping everything on programme and everyone pulling in the same direction.
3 · Estimating
White Shores was founded on years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating, and it shows in how we cost a job. You get accurate, transparent pricing, so you know exactly where your money is going, and where it doesn’t need to go.
That expertise often saves our clients money in ways they didn’t expect: challenging an over-specified design, finding a smarter way to achieve the same result, or simply pricing a job honestly from the start.

4 · Full Design Service
Not sure where to start? We can take your project from a first idea all the way to a finished design, ready to build. Working with our own architect, structural engineers and specialist consultants, we handle planning applications, building regulations, and a design worked up to fit your budget and your vision.
We can help with kitchen and landscape design too, so the whole project, inside and out, is considered as one. It’s the difference between a set of rooms and a home that truly works.
