The story
We were first approached by the client to carry out a small amount of refurbishment works to his newly purchased property, but his list soon grew, so we brought in our own architect and structural team to work up a design to fit the client’s vision.
Works to this 1980s 4-bed property involved the complete refurbishment and fit-out of the bath and shower room, kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and utility room.
Walls were altered to allow for the new layouts. All ceilings were removed, and the whole house was rewired and plumbed, replastered and new floor covering laid throughout the property.
Externally, the roof coverings were cleaned, new soffits, fascia and rainwater goods were fitted and the whole property rendered.
A new porcelain tiled patio was laid to the rear, and two new parking bays were constructed to the front of the property.
