The client employed us to conduct the demolition and alterations to the internal walls and external openings, and to project manage the overall works, working alongside other trades employed directly by the client; and to consult with Building Control, the Architect and Structural Engineers.
Our works involved internal alterations, new steel work, strip out, rewiring of the electrics, internal stud and stair works.
External opening alteration were conducted to allow for the replacement of windows and external doors; prioritising works to make areas of the property habitable to enable the client to move in by June 2026.
The client had a tight budget, and we assisted them to best use their funds, working as money allowed.
Work to the unoccupied part of the property is on-going.
“We were really pleased with the work that White Shores did for us at our bungalow renovation. Ady and his team were great to have around and achieved everything we wanted – and more.
Ady challenged the structural surveyor and saved us money by reducing the amount of steels needed for the removal of our walls.
We would definitely recommend this friendly, reliable team. Thank you!!”
