Newington Village Hall was built in the early 1960’s and typical of this type of building, only necessary maintenance has been undertaken throughout the last 60 years.
As a local company and having a connection with the village, we have so far refurbished the kitchen, stripping out the old, sorting out the ventilation, renewing plumbing and electrics, fitting a new ceiling, replastering the walls and finally fitting a
new kitchen with modern appliances.
The Ladies WC and Disabled WC have also had the same treatment with new sanitary ware and a complete make-over.
We are currently working on the Gents WC, with works due to complete early August 2026.
All works have been carried out at ‘cost’ by us, hopefully putting a little back into this well-used local amenity.
